We do not accept returns simply because a product is not liked. Preferences vary from person to person, and we encourage customers to review product details carefully before purchasing.

Colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, screen resolution, and digital photography. A minor variation in shade is not considered a defect and is not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Policy
Exchange is only applicable in the following cases:
To be eligible for an exchange:

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

The product must be unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

Clear images/videos of the product showing the defect or incorrect item must be emailed to us at arjanafashion@gmail.com.
Once your exchange request is approved, the product must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
