Please Note Before Requesting an Exchange:

• No Return Based on Personal Dislike
  We do not accept returns simply because a product is not liked. Preferences vary from person to person, and we encourage customers to review product details carefully before purchasing.

• No Return for Slight Color Variation
  Colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, screen resolution, and digital photography. A minor variation in shade is not considered a defect and is not eligible for exchange.

• No Refunds — Only Exchange
  We do not offer refunds. Exchange is possible only under the conditions mentioned below.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is only applicable in the following cases:

• You received the wrong item.

• The item received is damaged or defective.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• The product must be unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

• Clear images/videos of the product showing the defect or incorrect item must be emailed to us at arjanafashion@gmail.com.

Once your exchange request is approved, the product must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
